The perimeter of the pothole is clearly outlined, and all loose debris, tarmac, and broken material are removed to create a clean working area.
STEP 2
We carefully cut around the outlined perimeter to form clean, straight edges, ensuring the area is flush and level for a precise repair.
STEP 3
A K140 tack coat is applied to the surface to promote a strong and lasting bond between the existing tarmac and the new material.
STEP 4
Fresh tarmac is evenly spread throughout the prepared area and raked to a consistent level.
STEP 5
The new surface is then power rolled and compacted to form a solid, smooth, and durable finish.
STEP 6
Finally, the perimeter of the repair is sealed with hot bitumen overbanding, providing a watertight finish and preventing future deterioration.
